The course teaches students comprehensive and specialised subjects in business administration; it develops skills in critical thinking and strategic planning for changing and fast-paced environments, including financial and operational analysis; and it develops competences in leadership, including autonomous decision-making, and communication with employees, stakeholders, and other members of a business.
The MBA combines asynchronous components (lecture videos, readings, and written assignments) and synchronous tutorial meetings attended by students and an instructor or faculty member during a video call.
Asynchronous components support the schedule of students from diverse work-life situations, and synchronous meetings provide accountability and motivation for students.
The course is composed of multiple short foundation modules, extended specialist modules, and a capstone project – the Digital Action Programme for Business Administration.
Each module consists of formative units and cumulative units devoted to summative examination. Each unit requires about 20 hours to complete (see individual modules for details).
As is typical for Oxbridge tutorial teaching, the student will compose one assignment (such as a report, 1,000 word essay, financial model, or presentation) per unit, which is the topic of tutorial discussion. A full-time student completes two units per week with an assignment submitted for each unit; this pattern continues for each formative unit in the module.
Summative examination units allows an appropriate amount of time for the student to review and revise his or her prior work and deepen their synthetic grasp of the materials in preparation for cumulative examination or project.
The degree has a capstone project consisting of the Digital Action Programme, in which students are grouped into cohorts and must work together on a real business problem. Over the course of the capstone, students use multidisciplinary approaches to perform critical analyses of real business issues in situations of uncertainty and incomplete information and develop an actionable solution, which is presented and assessed at the end of the capstone.
Learning Outcomes
• Communicate with clarity to specialist and non-specialist audiences through written and oral reports, digests, market analyses, strategic options, and operational recommendations

Enrollment Requirements
Candidates who apply for this course must have an MQF 6 level degree and at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, including management or supervisory experience; or have at least 7 years of executive business management experience with an MQF 5 qualification.
English language competency at an IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent) is required of all applicants.

He started his journey helping to build the tech community in Madison, WI before moving to San Francisco and becoming an instructor at General Assembly. Braus served as the chair of the Applied Computer Science department at Dominican University before founding Elton College. For fun he likes to make music on his piano or fiddle, make and eat food with friends, draw and make paintings, and go camping in the natural beauty of California.

In terms of her work experience, she has been working as a Lecturer in Computer Science at various institutions in Pakistan, including Govt. Rabia Basri College for Women Walton Road Lahore, Govt.
