I am a Senior Technologist at Western Digital, Thailand, where I’ve been pioneering advancements in Slider Fabrication Process Development since 2001. My expertise spans magnetic recording and Heat Assisted Magnetic Recording (HAMR), with a focus on developing Diamond-like Carbon thin films and Anti-Reflective Coatings to enhance data storage technologies. Previously, I served as a Lecturer in the Department of Materials Engineering at Kasetsart University from 1998 to 2000, where I taught introductory material science and material characterization courses. I am deeply committed to pushing the boundaries of digital storage technology through rigorous material characterization and failure analysis.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, concentration in Management Information System from Mahidol University International College, a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Management from Assumption University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Technopreneurship and Innovation Management from Chulalongkorn University. Especially during my studies in Ph.D. I have implemented the 5D innovation development process: Discover, Define, Design, Develop, and Deploy to create innovation that are valuable and acceptable to communities.

For over 23 years of working, I have learned and gained knowledge and experience in both domestic and international investment promotion, MICE conference and exhibition promotion, royal initiative tourism promotion, and community development promotion with network partners. I have worked on a variety of projects from operational to management levels with government, private, educational institutions, communities, local administrative organizations, and the media. There have been many collaborative projects that have benefited the country in terms of economy, society, environment, and culture. Especially when I had the opportunity to experience the real problems and needs of the community, I learned and understood the hardships and was able to help solve problems or alleviate hardships through various community development projects by applying academic knowledge, local wisdom, and royal initiatives in a tangible way, which is my pride.

I am a dynamic Full-stack Instructor with a solid foundation in software development, application engineering, and project management. After earning my Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from KMUTT in 2022, I have been dedicated to advancing my career in the tech industry.

Currently, I work at Westride Co., Ltd. in Bangkok as a Full-stack Instructor. In this role, I design and improve Full-Stack Development courses and manage and develop learning systems. Simultaneously, I serve as an Application Engineer at Hitachi eBworx Co., Ltd., where I develop micro frontends using React.js with TypeScript and microservices with Spring Boot, following agile methodologies.

My previous experience includes working as a Front-end Developer at Tech Basecamp Co., Ltd. from May 2019 to May 2022. There, I focused on UX/UI design for responsive web applications and developed CMS systems using Laravel and Next.js.

In addition to my professional roles, I have been involved in various business projects and clubs. Notable projects include redesigning and developing web applications for institutions like Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC) and Jaadhai Insurance. I have built e-commerce platforms, examination system control panels, and comprehensive learning systems, using technologies like React.js, Tailwind.css, and Laravel.

My technical skills encompass TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, Git, Agile methodologies, and more. I also have experience with MIPS Assembly, ARM Cortex-M0, Golang, Java, NoSQL, and UX/UI Designing. I am proficient in tools like Linux, IoT, Arduino, and Adobe Creative Cloud, which enable me to deliver innovative solutions effectively.

Beyond my technical expertise, I am an outstanding public speaker, leader, and motivator. I thrive on teaching and inspiring others, and my ability to communicate complex concepts clearly has been a key asset throughout my career. I am passionate about technology and continuously seek to expand my knowledge and skills to stay at the forefront of the industry.

I'm a passionate UX/UI designer committed to crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Driven by a love for solving complex problems with elegant design solutions, excel at transforming user needs into visually appealing and highly functional interfaces. I'm proficient in tools like Figma and thrives on collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and accessible user experiences. With a focus on user-centered design, aim to create digital products that not only meet business goals but also bring joy and ease to users' lives.

Phaphontee Yamchote holds both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University. His research focuses on mathematical and computational logic in artificial intelligence, algorithmic machine learning, and data science. Professionally, he works as a Data and AI Engineer at Fusion Solution Co., Ltd., a company specializing in AI-driven software and technology development. His expertise includes machine learning algorithms for data science, with a strong commitment to advancing AI applications and research.

I, Kantapol, am a seasoned professional in startup incubation, business advisory, and intellectual property (IP) consultation, currently serving as Head of Business Incubation at CIP Value since 2023. With a foundational background in electrical engineering, holding a first-class honors bachelor's degree from Kasetsart University, I has transitioned my career towards innovation and venture business management. My expertise lies in intellectual property and project management, further solidified by an MBA focused on venture business from Globis-Japan.

Throughout the career path, I has demonstrated significant achievements in corporate venture capital and IP management. I founded and developed internal processes for these functions, conducting 3 VC fund investments and 5 startup investments as well as providing advisory services to benefit 12 businesses, guiding them in developing company strategies, revising business models, and creating financial plans, with three of these businesses successfully securing national government funds. I has also been a subject matter expert for over six IDEs in government incubation programs and led an Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product investment project.

Previously, I used to be a Corporate Venture Capitalist investment manager at TOP Ventures (an affiliate of Thaioil) from 2018 to 2022, where he sourced and validated investment deals, focusing on digitalization and energy businesses. I also played a key role in developing collaborative projects and corporate strategy. Before that, at PTT ExpresSo (2013-2018), he led IP and Venture Building initiatives, managing corporate IP using various platforms and building new businesses in digitalization and robotics.

I, myself, am also actively engaged in the startup ecosystem as a speaker, panelist, and mentor. Public engagements include speaking on topics like the Bayh-Dole Act, investment through sustainability, IP in business management, and patent landscaping.

Dr. Theerananda (Weerachaya) Thanaawathphuvaphan is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a rich multidisciplinary background spanning journalism, technology management, and service innovation. Her academic journey is marked by a unique trajectory that bridges creative communication and technological expertise.

Beginning with a Bachelor's in Journalism from Silpakorn University, Dr. Thanaawathphuvaphan quickly demonstrated her versatility by pursuing a Master's in Technology Management at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. Her academic excellence culminated in a PhD in Service Science from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, where she was awarded a prestigious international student scholarship.

Professionally, her career reflects a sophisticated blend of digital marketing, content strategy, and technological innovation. She has held significant roles including Content Manager at Robowealth Securities and IT Quality Audit Manager at SI-UK, where she honed skills in digital content creation, marketing analytics, and quality assurance.

Currently, Dr. Thanaawathphuvaphan is a full-time lecturer at the International College of Digital Innovation at Chiang Mai University, where she teaches cutting-edge subjects like Digital Economy, App Development for Digital Startups, and Innovation for Entrepreneurs. Previously, she also served as a lecturer at Kasetsart University's Faculty of Engineering, teaching programming, information technology, and business intelligence.

With over 25 years of immersion in the petrochemical and energy sectors, my journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to fostering business growth and strategic innovation. Now, as an Adjunct Professor on Critical Thinking Skills at Chulalongkorn and Thammasat University, Trainer, and Mentor, I apply this extensive thinking skills to nurture future leaders in critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and systems thinking. Supavich is a strategy and innovation professional with experience in management consulting and venture capital. He has advised leading organizations across sectors such as retail, FMCG, finance, and technology on growth strategy, digital transformation, and platform development. His previous roles include consulting positions at Bluebik and Business Navigator Consulting, as well as a venture capital role at AddVentures, where he developed and executed investment strategies targeting climate tech, sustainability, and AI startups in Southeast Asia and Australia.
