MFHEA license
Woolf remains licensed by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA). Woolf has held an MFHEA higher education licence continuously since September 2019, and its licence remains in force while the institution's routine cyclical quality assurance review is being completed.

The documents below show the progression of Woolf's regulatory approvals and renewals. They are presented in reverse chronological order so the current licence appears first, followed by earlier certificates and licences documenting the institution's continuous status since 2019.
Woolf’s license as a collegiate higher education institution has been renewed to December 2029. Our collegiate structure is set out in our Quality Assurance Policy, approved by the MFHEA: colleges are internal academic units of Woolf, and Woolf does not support third-party enrollments. April 2025 to April 2026. MFHEA licence immediately preceding the 2026 renewal. Under MFHEA Communication 05/2025 it remained automatically extended while Woolf's cyclical quality assurance review was in progress.
October 2024 to September 2025. MFHEA licence confirming the immediately preceding licence period.
February 2022. Updated MFHEA certificate reflecting continued institutional recognition.
February 2022. Earlier MFHEA certificate issued in the same period.
February 2020. Early NCFHE licence documenting Woolf's status shortly after initial licensing in 2019.
