Mr. P R Sivakumar is the Founder and CEO of Maven Silicon and Aceic Design Technologies. He is responsible for the company's vision, overall strategy, business, and technology.
Sivakumar is a seasoned engineering professional who has worked in various fields, including electrical engineering, academia, and semiconductor industries for over 28 years. In the semiconductor industry, he has served as a Verification Consultant for leading EDA companies such as Synopsys, Cadence, and Mentor Graphics. His expertise has been instrumental in supporting global chipmakers, and Indian fabless IP and Design Services MNCs to adopt and implement advanced verification methodologies, contributing to the successful tape-out of numerous IPs, Chips, and SoCs.
Currently, he focuses on delivering Verification IPs, consulting services, and EDA flow development, while also conducting corporate training programs for global leading EDA companies and chipmakers. He is the author of Maven Silicon’s online VLSI courses and a recognized thought leader, contributing technical blogs to platforms such as Design & Reuse, SemiWiki, and RISC-V International.
Sivakumar has been honored with the “Outstanding Technical Achievement” award by Cadence Design Systems. He was featured in Silicon India’s “Top 10 Most Promising CEOs in India – 2023”, and under his leadership, Maven Silicon was awarded “Company of the Year in EdTech – 2024” by Outlook Business. His vision and contributions have also been highlighted in reputed publications like Business India, recognizing his impact on the Indian semiconductor ecosystem.

Dr. Chiranjeevi G N is a VLSI professional and technical trainer at Maven Silicon with deep expertise in Physical Design, Static Timing Analysis, and Physical Verification. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Visvesvaraya Technological University (2015–2023), which forms the academic backbone of his industry-aligned teaching approach.
He has extensive hands-on experience with leading EDA tools, including Synopsys Design Compiler, PrimeTime, Fusion Compiler, IC Validator, Calibre, and StarRC, and has actively contributed to RTL-to-GDS flow enablement. His practical engagement with real-world silicon implementation processes allows him to bring industry-relevant insights into every training session.
Dr. Chiranjeevi has successfully delivered multiple industry-aligned training programmes, post-placement support sessions, and advanced technical workshops for graduate engineers and working professionals, consistently bridging the gap between academic concepts and real-world silicon design practices. He has also been involved in curriculum development, mentor coordination, and quality assurance for technical training, ensuring consistent learning outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Dr. Sabitabrata Bhattacharya is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Maven Silicon, Bengaluru, bringing a rich blend of academic research and industry expertise to the field of VLSI Design. He completed his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, in 2025, and holds an M.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University (2013).
Dr. Bhattacharya's technical expertise spans Verilog HDL, RISC-V architecture, Design for Testability (DFT), CMOS VLSI Design, SystemVerilog, Python, and Embedded Systems. At Maven Silicon, he is actively involved in Digital RTL Design, RISC-V ISA, DFT, and design projects encompassing protocols such as Router, SPI, UART, and AMBA. He is proficient with industry-standard tools including Intel Quartus, Xilinx ISE/Vivado, Cadence Xcelium, Questa/ModelSIM, and TCAD tools such as Silvaco and Cogenda.
He has previously served as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering at multiple reputed institutions, including AMC Engineering College (Bengaluru), PSIT (Kanpur), and PITS (Sikar), contributing as both a teacher and researcher in VLSI and Embedded Systems domains. He also held additional responsibilities as Controller of Examinations and SPOC for the NPTEL Local Chapter.
Dr. Bhattacharya has been associated with the VLSI Lab (Capgemini VLSI Sponsored) and the VLSI Research Group at NHCE. Raghavendra Kundapura Havaldar

Mr. Raghavendra Kundapura Havaldar is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Maven Silicon with over 18 years of experience in VLSI Design and technical training. He holds a Master of Technology in Digital Electronics and Communication Systems from Visvesvaraya Technological University (2010–2013). His technical expertise spans Verilog HDL, RISC-V architecture, FPGA design, GPIO interfaces, and AHB-APB protocols. He has played a key role in developing RTL for RISC-V cores and building self-checking testbenches, while also training hundreds of engineering graduates and professionals in front-end VLSI technologies. Mr. Raghavendra has been associated with Maven Silicon since March 2022, where he continues to contribute to curriculum development and hands-on training in digital design. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Professor at A.J. Institute of Engineering and Technology (August 2017 – February 2022) for five years, and at St. Joseph Engineering College for over ten years — first as an Assistant Professor (October 2013 – August 2017) and earlier as a Lecturer (August 2007 – October 2013). His extensive academic and industry background enables him to deliver structured, impactful learning experiences that align with the demands of the semiconductor industry.

Mr. Sumit Mohanty is a Technical Lead at Maven Silicon with over 13 years of experience spanning embedded systems training, development, and academic mentoring. He holds an M.Tech in Control Systems Engineering from Manav Bharti University (2010–2012) and a B.Tech from BPUT (2006–2010), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on advanced control strategies and fault-tolerant predictive models for industrial processes.
His areas of specialization include embedded software design, real-time operating systems (RTOS), Linux-based systems, and edge AI technologies. He has delivered extensive corporate training programs covering Embedded C, RTOS, Linux system programming, QNX, DSP with MATLAB, and ARM Cortex-based embedded systems design.
Prior to joining Maven Silicon, Mr. Mohanty served as a Senior Software Engineer and Embedded Competency Manager at Wipro Engineering, where he led competency development initiatives and designed advanced training programs for embedded software stacks. He has also contributed to the academic ecosystem as an Assistant Professor and embedded systems mentor, guiding students in robotics, real-time systems, and applied embedded design.
His project portfolio includes industrial CNC controllers using QNX RTOS, 5G base station controllers, RTOS-based automotive ECU simulations, and robotic platforms built on STM32 and Raspberry Pi. Mr. Mohanty has published extensively in journals and IEEE conferences on topics spanning control systems, embedded design, and industrial monitoring, and holds multiple filed patents in IoT and smart automation technologies.

Mr. Sanjay V Chowdhary is an experienced Design Verification Engineer at Maven Silicon with a Master of Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi (2006–2009). He brings deep expertise in ARM Cortex-M0 and RISC-V SoC verification, power-aware verification methodologies, and AMBA bus protocols including AMBA CHI.
Mr. Chowdhary is skilled in building scalable verification environments, developing reusable testbenches, and driving coverage closure across complex SoC designs. His technical background encompasses DSP, scripting automation, and SoC-level verification strategies, enabling him to deliver comprehensive and robust verification solutions.
Known for his structured approach and keen problem-solving abilities, he excels in debugging, simulation, and the application of advanced verification methodologies. As the Co-founder and Managing Director of Maven Silicon, I lead a top-class VLSI and Embedded training services company that produces over 2000 chip designers every year. I have been in the education industry for more than 20 years, and I am passionate about empowering engineers with the latest skills and technologies in the semiconductor domain. I oversee the business, operations, and technology aspects of Maven Silicon, and I am responsible for creating and executing strategic partnerships with universities and industry players. I have trained over 1000 engineers on various VLSI technologies, such as digital electronics, Verilog HDL, VHDL, and FPGA. I have also helped Maven Silicon expand its market share and emerge as a Centre of Excellence in VLSI. In a successful decade-long journey, we deployed 5000+ VLSI engineers in the Indian semiconductor industry. Before co-founding Maven Silicon, worked extensively as a Teaching Faculty at SirMVIT and VIT.
